Because we specialize in Corporate Catering, we know the needs of Executive Admins, Event Planners and Department Directors. We have extensive experience catering professional events for companies just like your's and we have the references to prove it.

Do you provide turn-key service?
Yes. We have our own rental company that handles your tent, table, and chair rentals, along with decorations, music, and more! Just ask and we'll be happy to take care of this hectic process for you.

I like your packages. Can I substitute or make changes to them?
Substitutions are available for a small upcharge per person. Let us know what items you want or you have the option to Build Your Own Menu.

Do you have any other catering options for my event?
Absolutely! We have a family of catering brands including: authentic Crawfish Boils & Cajun Catering, festive Luau Party Catering, Western-Themed BBQ Catering, down South Tex-Mex Catering and more. Each of our brands have fancy decorations, music and games to entertain your group. Go to the bottom of our Home page for more details.

Do you have vegetarian options?
We offer a variety of vegetarian alternatives and side dish choices on our menu. If you have a special vegetarian request let us know.

I don't have a final head count. Should I contact you anyway?
Sure. If you have a definite date in mind and a general idea of your headcount let us know. We can get your date locked in and you can adjust your headcount up to a week in advance.

How soon do I need to place my order?
Catering orders require an advance notice of 5 days or more. However, because availability is limited, you should order early and place your deposit so you don't lose your date.

I want E! Brand Signature to cater my event! How do I confirm my date?
Go to the Request A Quote page and submit the details of your event and we'll give you a quote with the exact cost to cater your event and help you make it a success. Once your 50% deposit is submitted we will lock in your event date.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Corporate Checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
